Amy Neufeld

Amy Neufeld is a photographer, graphic designer, and curator living in the NYC metro area. She finds trees, the prevailing subject of her work, to be an endlessly fascinating and expressive source of inspiration, interlacing the twists and turns of branches against various texture layers, altered colors, collage elements, and filters to convey moods from dark and haunted to summery and sweet.
 

Her Ethereal Forest series encourages the viewer to walk the divide
between what is real and what is fantasy while her tree mandala series takes the work a step further into the abstract and metaphysical.
