Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100
SPOKE offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.
Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.
Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new SPOKE products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

CONTINENTAL U.S.
Ground: Most SPOKE products have ground shipping offered and can take between 3-5 business days.
Two Day: Two Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST.
One Day: One Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. One Day delivery orders will only be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST.
All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for One Day or Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO
Yes, SPOKE can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but there is typically a surcharge. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order please reach out to us at support@spoke-sound.com
INTERNATIONAL
Depending on where you’re located, SPOKE may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address at support@spoke-sound.com so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5+ business days for shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
At SPOKE, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.
Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Since your product requires a high degree of customization, all returns submitted for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping.*
SPOKE will waive the restocking fee and pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees.
*Reason for Restocking Fee: Since your speaker is customized to you, your SPOKE speaker cannot be simply resold. SPOKE staff must disassemble, test and recycle all parts for future use. This fee is not a simple handling fee, but an attempt to cover the labor and material costs involved with customer returns.
Please note that SPOKE will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENTS

If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement, SPOKE will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement unit.
If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
For Third-Party Purchases
Thank you for purchasing a SPOKE product from one of our approved third-party vendors. Returns and refunds for purchases made through these third-parties (Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, Amazon LLC, etc.) must be handled through the vendor's return policy. SPOKE cannot assist in third-party returns and refunds. SPOKE can only offer replacements for products still within the warranty period.
