At Spoke Sound, our aim is to offer a swift, secure, and efficient delivery service to our valued customers. We calculate shipping costs based on your order's dimensions, ensuring fair and accurate pricing.

After your order has been processed and fulfilled, you can anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. In case your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly indicated on the respective product listing page.

It's important to note that due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address, not all items are eligible for expedited shipping options. Once dispatched, shipments cannot be rerouted. If any replacements are needed due to shipping errors or damage during transit, these will be sent out via ground shipping.

While we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and delivery, we recommend that you verify the condition of your order before scheduling any installation or professional work. Return & Exchange Policy

At Spoke Sound, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our operations. If you are not entirely content with your purchase, kindly refer to our comprehensive return and refund policy detailed below.

1-Year Limited Warranty:

Spoke Sound extends a 1-year limited warranty on all our products from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. If a product proves to be defective during this period, Spoke Sound will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty period is not extended or renewed from the date of resale, and modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.

Returns:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service team for further instructions. Please note, the product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer. A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns.

Refunds:

Following the receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will equate to the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by Spoke Sound.

Exchanges:

For defective or damaged products, contact our customer service team to request an exchange. We'll provide instructions on returning the item and organize a replacement.
